Part-Time Job Opportunity!
We are a small, friendly Accountancy business based in Bargoed who are growing and ready to add a part-time, experienced book-keeper to the team.
Our client base is varied and the personal relationship we have with our clients is the key to our success.
This part time role requires a commitment of 7 to 11 hours per week and is office based. We understand the importance of flexibility so, while the hours are fixed, the working pattern, per week, is negotiable. The salary is £12 to £15 per hour based upon experience with a beginning to mid February start.
The right candidate will have experience in:
• QuickBooks (essential)
• Receipt bank / Dext
• Payroll and auto enrolment
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns, accruals, pre-payments and year end opening balances.
• Day to day book keeping, processing sales and purchases, invoices for clients, bank reconciliations and ensuring debtors and creditors are correct.
• Day to day administrative tasks
